Default *New* Saleen Front Chin Spoiler

Alright gents, got my new front splitter installed. I'm very impressed. The install was easy as cake, I just pulled the whole front end off, made it a lot simpler. Anyways, hats off to David, this thing is awesome, and 1k cheaper than the carbon fiber one. I'm diggin' it. I will get some nicer pics up here when the weather clears. But you can get the idea
check it outtttt....

Also: WTF IS UP WITH THE SNOW?! IM IN GA?! WHY?

Wow looks great. And look at that snow lol

Btw how hard was it to take off the bumper? I haven't taken off one before so wondering if that would make it simple.

It's super easy...
1. put car up on jack stands...remove both front wheels
2. remove splash shields (3 screws attaching it to bottom of bumper on each side, and then plastic fasteners attaching it to inner fender)
3. Two bolts, each side, where the bumper meets the fender
4. two bolts up top (when hood is open on each light pillar)
5. and two little tiny guys on the very bottom of the bumper, dead center
6. then just undo all your connections, and carefully lift off. Easy as pie!

Hmm. Maybe I'll do that. Otherwise I'm just gonna keep the bumper on. Plus I don't have a garage, I got one of those gated parking areas.

Excuse the sawdust, I was doing some woodwork in the garage.

looks good guys glad you like them. I am finishing up the 2010 front splitter and will try to work on the rear diffuser after that.

But yeah I'm orig from Idaho..I miss the snow :-/

Would you guys be interested in the SMS 25th anniversary lower side skirt sections as well? I know the rear diffuser would probably be of more interest but that design might take a little longer than these. Let me know if anyone may be interested in them.

I haven't tried getting out of my driveway yet with the splitter, and it will most likely be a challange. I know I can't reduce any more ground clearance, especially in the center of the car. One section of my driveway slopes 13 degrees and another slopes at 16.
