Default Saleen Spoiler Removal

Okay...so I'm thinking about taking off my giant "baby food tray" of a spoiler this weekend for shyts and giggles...just to see what it looks like. Now last time I had this bright idea I got 50% of the way done, and chickened out...due to all the dbl sided sticky tape...i know there are going to be some holes, but i was just going to plug or grommet those...I don't mind them much. Any input? Cautions? Saleen uses a strange clear adhesive i noticed on part of the spoiler...can I get that somewhere so if I want to throw the spoiler back on I can using what they used? Input peoples!!

Do it. I don't have a spoiler and I think it looks pretty sweet. But then again ive contemplated on getting the spoiler to complete the look.

Use goo gone too, that stuff works wonders.

That spoiler was a prime reason I bought mine N/A. It just looks like too much for me.

I think it looks good both ways. The sterlings don't have them and they look great. I'd say go for it if you have the itch

In addition, this is for David mainly but if anyone has any input I'd like to know...Why are the Saleen quarter window trim pieces...that aren't even true louvers $200 from Saleen? Those can't cost more than...well I'm not sure how much those would cost to produce. David how much would those cost you to make?

Replied to your PM but the louvers shouldnt be that expensive to produce. Especially since they make thousands of them. Ive seen them for pretty cheap on ebay though

I will definitely check ebay out. I've been kinda weary about buying stuff off there lately. I picked up the Saleen boost/temp gauges for $30 bucks a piece...which is a freakin' steal! (vs. the $200 ish? they're asking on the website, my stock ones were all scuffed up from being in a box for 2 years) but I got a weird call from some number I didn't recognize after purchasing the second gauge...googled the number...and the results came back with half the people saying it was just paypal customer service? and the other half saying it was associated with a fraudulent/scam related stuff...I though paypal was legit but then I started reading and there have been a lot of scams and issues related to it...I dunno what to think. Sorry kinda long rant there hahaha.
