Do the hood struts, i have them and love them.
Im not a fan of the fake pins, but I understand not wanting to drill.
The fuel door will look nice. I am going to get it too as well.
If you sell your wheels, and I havent gotten mine done. You should send em to me
The louvers are nice. Depends on what ones you get tho
The interior is big to me too. How bout a custom shift knob in yellow? I got a red one coming in, and its going to have Saleen engraved on each side. You can get the speaker cover rings painted too. That can look nice.
And I know there are shops that do the armrest and shift boot. Like stitching and what not. Maybe check that out.

Those interior options are a pretty good idea seabee...where are you getting your custom shift knob from? I've got an all titanium Saleen Extreme on in there right now...different, but very very very subtle lol. The only thing that worries me about doing stuff like that to the inside of the car is looking "ricey" or "tacky"...I don't know...I need to maybe photoshop some stuff. What kind of struts do you have? I've seen kits that will bolt up to the stock saleen hood, and some where u have to drill...

I got the MRT ones. They should bolt right up. I had them on my 04 and bought some for this one and I havent had a problem with them or anything.

And then for the shift knob its GrabberPony.com (Powered by CubeCart) It takes a couple weeks for them to make it and all but im sure it will look awesome when its installed.

And I think as long as you dont overdo the theme that you are trying for, you should be fine. Hell even on Stangmods site they have carbon fiber pieces, like dash pieces and the center console piece, those would look sick in your car, but they are pricey.

Alright ordered the hood struts today. Those custom shift knobs are freakin' awesome. I'm ordering that now. As far as what I have done to the car...pretty basic...
Powder coated wheels
Fender stripes
"Saleen" rocker lettering
Tinted head lights, markers, windows
Pypes O/R H-pipe
Brenspeed Stage III kit
Eibach Sportline springs
Pioneer DV3? 7" Nav/DVD system w/ Shaker 1000

So I guess I have a lot to add...i just don't know where i wanna go with it.

BTW I'd recommend the rocker lettering...it came stock on the 99-04's...and I think they did it on the sterling edition..but it looks awesome, and it's cheap. A nice subtle touch.

Well did you order yours that said 99-04 or 05-09? Because I didn't see it for the s197 until I was lookin around on the saleen site. Every other time and place has been 99-04. I'm sure they are the same tho
