Default Romeo vs Windsor head?

Whats the diff between the 2 besides the amount of valve cover bolts and the cam gears being a bolt on style vs pressed on style?
Can you put a Romeo Head on A Windsor motor or vice versa?
Thanks
Wes

Yes, you can mix and match. However, the windsor also use larger bolts for the front cover, and different style cam caps.

How many bolts does each have, and which has pressed in cam gears and bolt on cam gears? Also what are the years?
