Default Which gears?

I'm torn between 3.55, 3.73, or 3.90 rears. Does anybody have any recommendations? Any ways to calculate the new fuel mileage before I buy the part?

is this your daily driver? I have 3.55 now, and I bought the 3.73 that need to be installed, and from what I have gathered these will get the job done both daily, open and on the strip..

Go for the 3.73's. They are common and probably cheaper. You probably would never notice the small difference between the 373's or 390's anyway.

3.55s will probably give you the best mpg but I would go with the 3.73s. They seem to be a pretty balanced gear ratio for a DD if you want the extra performance and keep the mpgs.

3.73s. 3.55's aren't that great tbh, won't notice much from 3.27s which i believe you have atm. 3.90's I don't think Ford makes and your better off going with frpp. IMO. Anything higher than 3.73 may not be a good choice if you plan on going F.I. As your tires may just spin lol.

It depends what you want to do with the car. If you go with a pd blower in the future you're going to want 3.73's If you're planning to stay N/A or centri setup in the future you'll want 4.10s

There's hardly a difference between 3.73s and 4.10s as far as gas mileage, maybe .5 mpg. It's all how you drive. I can get 25 mpg or 18 mpgon the highway with my 3.27s depending on how I drive

Like I said, the only thing that should deter you from getting 4.10s is if you plan on a PD blower in the future
