Hi all ! my name is Ken as you can see I am also known thru out the Mustang internet world as raven6. I am the public affairs admin for the Bad Pony Club and one of my major functions is to work up interest in the Carlisle All Ford Nats and to get as many of our members out as possible . We like to make the All Ford Nats our "signature" event.

Last year was our first year at Carlisle as the Bad Pony Club, but most of us had been there before either as individuals or with other clubs. In our first year we did very well in the club participation award. We held first place thru most of the weekend and just lost out to the Merkur Club of America in the waning hours of the competition and had to settle for second place.

We, the club, decided to put more emphasis on the quality of our theme tent and the food and beverages available at the tent this year.

I was not going to emphasize the club participation competition this year with the Bad Pony Club members but I see that Carlisle has started to put up the club standings on their facebook page. Some of you may have already seen this but probably many others have not:

As of today the Bad Pony Club is in first place. But last year those Merkur guys came out of nowhere and just beat us out at the last minute. So keep checking the link to see how the BPC is doing and if anybody from this forum wants to come hang out with the Mustang crazies of the Bad Pony Club and help us kick some Merkur butt just register and list Bad Pony Club as your club affiliation. We are going to have a great tent this year with catered food and as always will have great things going on after showfield hours are over in the evenings. We do not want just your registration we want you to particiapte with us at the tent and in some of the events in the evening hours. I am not saying it is required but I just don't want any of you to think we are looking just for the registration count. We are also trying to increase the numbers and geographical spread of our membership. So if you are planning to do Carlisle this year and you are not already hardcore affiliated with another Mustang or Ford club, come on out and give the Bad Pony Club a try you have nothing to lose and you and our club have much to gain.
