hi there i am new to the forum. a little about me, my names Curt i live in Kalispell MT. i am a big car nut. paint and bodywork are a hobby of mine.
i have a few projects sitting in the shop. i almost have a 54 chevy pickup/ hotrod completed for my oldest son who is 14. the truck was mine in highschool.
but my most recent was by default. i loaned money to a friend and he couldn't pay me back right away. so he traded me a 302 and c4 he had laying around. i started looking for a mustang body and found a 79 fox body for 200 bucks. and i am waiting on a title. the 302 is on its way to the machine shop for a rebuild. i am hoping to be able to get 400 hp or close to it.
my goal is to have it on the road by laborday weekend for worry free driving to the 4th annual Sturges Mustang Rally Sept. 2nd to the 6th 2010, in the black hills of south dakota. if anyone else is interested in carravaning from the pacific northwest/ west coast let me know sounds like a good time and i can get you the info. or post a website here if thats ok hope to meet everyone soon.
