80 cobra SVO ?

So I was browsing EBAY yesterday and saw a add for a 80 mustang cobra SVO. I thought really in 1980? I know there was a cobra mostly a decal package from what i have read, with the turbo 4 cyl. This wasn't the best engine and owners swaped to a 302.
The SVO part is whats got me stumped was there one in 80? i'm still looking for info. Is this a true rare car or a false add. I also saw a add for a saleen ford ranger.

more info reveals a svo package wasn't intoduced until 84 with the 4cyl turbo

Saleen Ranger - Yes (27 of them)

84 SVO - Correct (I had an 86 Comp Prep) The Turbo 4 was introduced in 79 with a carb. Not bad for a 2.3, but a serious pain to modify. The EFI version introduced in 84 was much better and upgraded in 85 1/2. I have a variant of this in my Ranger (soon to be a Saleen clone) that does about 375 at the flywheel.

shes posing in front of a primer grey p o s, ya think shes worth 25 ? i seen a craigslist add from spokane for a turbo thunderchicken coupe engine being jerked out of a fox body.
