I have here a few current pics of my 67 Hardtop. I've owned it since 1990.
I did most of the bodywork and engine swap stuff in the early 90's before I met my wife. I put Granada spindels with disc brakes on the front, a Lincoln Versailes 9" rear axle with disc brakes in the rear. Swapped the 289 2V C4 for a 460 C6 and later built a 429 SCJ for it. It has no PS or PB or any luxury stuff. Rude and crude but it will scoot!
I nicknamed it the "Super Coupe" because in the 90's Ford had the Super Coupe T-Bird. The coupe Mustangs have never really got the same respect as the Fastback or Convertible. My dream car has been the 68 Shelby GT500KR. I could never afford one so I built my own version, the Super Coupe!
My friend has a mildly modified 67 also, we go to car shows together.
my wife did the headliner and seats
the 429!
My wife and I toook the car to the Mustang's 45th in Birmingham last April, it was a great time!
it's a driver, here it is in Nashville for a Goodguys show
here is my car with my dad's 66. He's had this car as long as I can remember!
