Default What Fluid should i use for a T-5 tranny going into a 70 mustang?

I have a T-5 Tranny out of a 1984 4 cyl turbo mustang, and i am putting it into my 70 mustang 250. I have read to use either Automatic tranny fluid or use gear oil (75/85W-90). Which should i use in this application?

Default

The t-5 requires ATF, I use mobil 1 synthetic atf, and I have also heard "synchromesh" works good also. Never use gear oil in a t-5.
