1965 Mustang Restoration

I am going to use this thread to document the restoration on my next project with lots of pics. I am going to be working on it almost everyday for the next month and hopefully have it completed by then. I will be restoring it to original condition and matching all data plate numbers. Here are the stats on the car.

1965 Mustang
289 A-code
C4 Automatic
Rebuilt engine/trans with consistent 140psi compression in all cylinders
Console
Originally Poppy Red with Black Crinkle Vinyl, Standard Interior
Built December 17, 1964 in San Jose
Rare 3.00:1, Limited-Slip

been working a lot on the car for the past few weeks doing bodywork. Just took it to get it painted today. Should have it back in a couple of days. Ill post pics when I get it back.

Completed it last night at 2AM. Been working nonstop for the past month. Here are a few pics of after it being painted and the final pics. Ill try to get some better shots when the weather clears up.
