Default 4.6L 3V Engine weight ????

I have searched the internet looking for the engine weight of our Mustang motors and have gotten everything from the original Model T up to the 4.6L DOHC 4 but not the 4.6L 3V currently in out Mustangs.

Can anyone lead me to the weight specs ?

I am trying to compare the original 289, 302 & 351's (which I could find).
