Default 2005 Mustang GT Sub-Frame Connectors

Hope you all can help me out with this one.
My speed shop guys are telling me that the next thing I should install is sub-frame connects to keep the cars body from twisting. I friend of mine says the connectors are a must have. Will turn the car into a solid one piece machine.
Questions: Who sells the best sub's for our cars? What is the Price?
I did watch the guys put a set on a 2004 the other day and was not impressed with the material. I think it was 1-1/4" tube steel and there was no cross bracing (from one side to the other)
Dont know, I've never had sub-connectors on a car before.
Back when I had my GTO the frame was one piece so this is all new to me.

i dont think many are using these yet. we have an extremely stiff chassis unlike the fox bodies had. i think there are a few guys with high hp machines like 800+ thaty still run without them

I installed a set of BMR,s on my brothers 05 they were very well built IMO, im going to order a set for my 07. depending on use of car you may not really need them according to some people these cars are consid. stiffer than older ones. but i personally i like the idea of having the "extra" anyway..

For the most part subframes aren't needed on S197s unlike 79-04 Mustangs where they should be your first mod. PowerHouse is running 10.3x's in their car without subframe connectors and they aren't twisting their car up.

I have the BMR's (boxed) as well. Yes the S197 is stiffer, but I noticed a difference in the way the car left. It makes jacking the car up easier too. Not only for jack placement, but in lifting the car. You can put the jack 3/4 of the way back and the front tire will come up too. When I put the jack all the way forward, both front tires come up.

I've got the BMR tunnel brace piece and the car felt very solid on the roadcourse.
