Default Fuel Pump Setups

Just curious what most of you guys are running for pumps?

Any Ford GT pump users? How did you set it up?

JDM/Saleen, GT500 dual pump setup with additional pump driver/harness. Complete drop in setup and no additional tuning needed. From what I hear, good to 650RWHP with factory rails and lines.

At one time I was running the ATI Flowcharger and a single Ford GT pump. Fuel pressure was low at 6000 RPM's and up (~19PSI). Plus, power was incosistant, etc. due to the lack of consistant pressure.

I switched to the GT500 Dual pump kit (sold by JDM) and made 40+ rwhp more due to constant fuel pressure. Now at 6500 I have 55-60 PSI fuel pressure.

Would it be worth it to go with a GT500 dual pump setup with a PH Turbo at 475rwhp or will factory work fine?

The PH kit includes the BAP so I guess the stock pump with the BAP is enough at that power level.

With the stock pumps I made 460 with a ProCharger - but it was running out of fuel very bad and my engine popped. I also tried the GT Fuel Pump setup and it was incosistant in its pressure, even at idle too. Get the duel kit from JDM - easy install and works fantastic.

i run a kenne bell boost-a-pump set on 20%, and 39lb injectors. Under load till 6500rpm, my fuel pressure stays a constant 40psi, and my af a flat 11.9-12.

Is it worth it to change out the KB BAP with at Dual Fuel Setup?
I would just install it and no retune tune needed?

Stock Pump + BAP (set at 95) nets 460 for me with a A/F of 11.5 at 5800. Most of the tune is still the Powerhouse version. The SCT guy I went to modified the PH tune to bring the A/F down to 11.5 from the low 12's so I would guess there is enough pressure since he was able to add fuel thought the RPM range. I don't have an FP gauge yet so I don't have an exact figure.

Used to run the Aviator pump and BAP, then switched to the JDM dual setup. Best fuel decision I have made. Used to see maybe 35 lbs at wot, now we have 50 at wot, and no worries at the top end regarding fuel. Nice constant pressure.
